Jul.07.2005 :: MOTHER OF GOD VIDEO BREAKS 100,000 DOWNLOADS MARK ON P2P NETWORKS

Shepherdstown, WV- July 5, 2005 - Internet Rock Star, Scooter Scudieri's debut video "Mother of God" has broken the 100,000* downloads mark with an estimated 500,000 views on P2P networks and Scooter's web site www.firstrockstar.com. The video is projected to break the 250,000 downloads mark by the end of July.

Scooter's response to the downloads: "These numbers are amazing because my video isn't some sexed up T and A pop song. It's a hard core critique of religion, politics, and war. I work with P2P companies who promote legal and authorized digital rights management (DRM) technologies, micro-payments, and sponsored material that distribute non-infringing content. Without an agent, manager, record company, or marketing dollars my video "Mother of God" was downloaded 50,000 times in April on the P2P networks. It broke 100,000 downloads in June and is projected to break 250,000 by the end of July."

"Scooter has broken several records in downloads and searches as an independent artist. His video Mother of God is another breakthrough showing the power in the message of his music," said Les Ottolenghi President of INTENT Mediaworks (www.intentmediaworks.com) which distributes Scooter's videos and music over peer-to-peer (P2P) networks. "Clearly Scooter has created a large fan base as the first legitimate singer songwriter to make it as a "rock star" via the Internet. Scooter's music video is as good, or better than anything on MTV." added Ottolenghi.

"My video offers up a grotesque montage of religion, politics, and war. It is a reflection of how I see this world. It is not my intention to offend- although I am offended by the horrors I see every day. My song is resonating with many people and smacking others right in the face," Scooter admits. "While some will misinterpret my art, I use my music as a message of peace and the Internet as the ultimate delivery system. We are all connected and art changes the world."

Scudieri operates as the first full service musician of the 21st century, producing, composing, performing, and distributing all his music and video without the help of an agent, manager, or record company. Consequently, Scudieri has built the largest independent "rock star" following over the Internet.

As Martin Gray of Gray & Associates, a firm that specializes in technology and media analysis, said earlier this year: "We have tracked Scooters P2P file download numbers and think he can top 100,000 with a video."

Scooter concludes, "Use your art wisely; it can be the ultimate messenger of peace."
