Jun.24.2005 :: Sad News

As some of you may know, we lost our baby on Friday June 17- four months into the pregnancy. My wife called me at the conference and it was awful news...she was all alone and I left immediately. This hit us very hard since there had been no problems and the baby had a strong heartbeat and seemed to be wiggling around alot the last time we looked with the ultra sound. This is a difficult time for us as we were very excited to welcome another child into our family. My wife and I thank you all for your concern, thoughts, notes, and prayers. We are very blessed with friends and family and our beautiful daughter. Kelly was in the hospital again for another procedure and all went as well as these things can go. Keep us in your thoughts and we'll be ok. We have decided to throw ourselves into our art and let that be our therapeutic outlet. Sophia is doing well under the circumstances. We look to the future and live in this moment. This too, will pass.
